If you are experiencing problems logging onto the NLTIS, please ensure that you have installed the drivers for your biometric reader and you have plugged in the reader into a USB port on your PC. You can download the drivers by

If you have installed the drivers and have plugged the reader into the USB port, it will be illuminated in blue.
Re-try logging onto the NLTIS using your fingerprint.
